Since 2018, I have worked as a consultant for ICEX, actively participating in the ICEXNEXT program, where I have guided numerous companies in their international expansion process. In addition to my collaboration with ICEXNEXT, I act as a tutor in the Galicia Avanza and Business Factory Auto & Mobility programs, as well as in Vía Exterior, contributing my vast experience and knowledge to boost the growth and competitiveness of companies in global markets. My commitment to internationalization and my dedication to business training have allowed me to take an active part in the consulting field.

INMERSION
I review the facilities and all manufacturing and administrative processes, accompanied by the project manager. I meet with the people in charge of the areas involved in the internationalization and request the necessary information to obtain a realistic view of the company and its operation.
With the information gathered during the immersion phase, I perform a detailed analysis and elaborate an adjusted diagnosis that identifies the needs of the company.
This analysis is presented in a document for the company.

PLANNING
To address the needs detected in the diagnosis, a plan is drawn up in agreement with the company, establishing a timetable for its implementation.
The defined strategy includes:
- Target market selection
- Method of entry into the selected markets
- Implementation of necessary changes, such as possible certifications and revisions.
Through mentoring, I accompany the company and those responsible for each area in the implementation of the designed plan.
The tutorials include:
- Doubts resolution.
- Suggestion of possible service providers related to internationalization.
- Support from various organizations to facilitate internationalization.
