Since 2018, I have worked as a consultant for ICEX, actively participating in the ICEXNEXT program, where I have guided countless companies in their international expansion efforts. As well as my work with ICEXNEXT, I hold a mentoring role in the Galicia Avanza and Business Factory Auto & Mobility programs, as well as in Vía Exterior, contributing my vast experience and knowledge towards the growth and competitiveness of companiesin the global market. INMERSION
For manufacturing companies, I visit their facilities to review all of their manufacturing and administrative processes alongside the relevant project manager. I meet with the heads of any departments involved in internationalisation and ask for any information I may need to obtain a realistic snapshot of the business and how it works.
With all of the information gathered during the Immersion phase, I conduct a detailed analysis and draft a custom diagnostic report that identifies the needs of the business.
This analysis document is provided to the client.

PLANNING
To address the needs detected in the diagnostic report, I draft a plan to be agreed with the company, establishing a timeline for its implementation.
The proposed strategy will include:
- Selection of a target market
- Method of entry into the selected target markets
- Implementation of any required changes, such as certification or revision processes
I act as a mentor for the company, guiding those responsible for each department or area through our agreed plan.
Mentorship entails:
- Question-and-answer sessions.
- Suggestions of potential global service providers.
- Support from various entities to facilitate internationalisation.
